Code of Conduct

WE ALL SHARE THE RESPONSIBILITY

At Tyler Inc., we are committed to diversity, equity and inclusivity. We believe that every single person has the right to learn and work in a safe and welcoming environment that fosters open dialogue and the free expression of ideas, free of harassment, discrimination, and hostile conduct. We recognize a shared responsibility to create and maintain that environment for the benefit of all.

TO KNOW WHAT HARASSMENT LOOKS LIKE

Harassment includes but is not limited to offensive verbal or written comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

BECAUSE IT AFFECTS EVERYONE

If what you’re doing is making someone feel uncomfortable, that counts as harassment and is enough reason to stop doing it. Members of our community asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. All of our staff and every member of our community is subject to our anti-harassment policy.

In particular, members of our community should not use sexualized images, activities, or other material in any instance. Our community members should not use sexualized clothing, uniforms, costumes, emoticons, expressions or otherwise create a sexualized environment online or offline.

AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED

If a member of our community engages in harassing behavior, Tyler Inc., as a corporation, may take any action it deems appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from our programs and community with no eligibility for compensation of any type.

Our leadership reserves the right to revoke the right to participate in our community for any reason. Without limiting the foregoing, leadership reserves the right to remove you from our community, online and off, if leadership determines in its sole discretion that you are: (i) violating the spirit or intention of the community and the work; (ii) are acting in a manner that interferes with the enjoyment of others participating in our community; and/or (iii) you are found breaking, or to have broken, any applicable law.

IF YOU WITNESS HARASSMENT, SAY SOMETHING

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please reach out. If you feel uncomfortable or think there may be a potential violation of this code of conduct in any way, please report it immediately by filling out a report form at tylerrasch.com/community-rules/report (this form permits for the individual reporting to choose whether or not to remain anonymous).
